5280 Systems LLC provides lead routing and business automation systems for home service contractors, including SMS dispatch pipelines, lead-to-CRM engines, and email deliverability audits.
Clients own and maintain their own software accounts (Make.com, Zapier, Twilio, and similar). 5280 Systems receives developer access to those accounts for deployment and monitoring only — we do not host or store client workflow data on agency-owned infrastructure.
Setup and project fees are due upfront via Stripe. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.
If a Speed-to-Lead Micro-Bridge build fails within 30 days of go-live and is not resolved within 10 business days, the client receives a full refund of the setup fee, excluding retainer payments already billed and any third-party costs incurred.
Standard onboarding takes approximately 2–3 weeks, guided. Carrier SMS registration (A2P 10DLC) timelines are outside our control and can affect the schedule.
Systems are built and tested to target lead notification delivery in under 60 seconds from form submission under normal operating conditions. Third-party dependencies (carrier, CRM, or platform outages) may affect actual performance.
Clients are responsible for lawful SMS use, obtaining proper customer consent, and complying with TCPA and carrier requirements for any messaging built into their systems.
Our liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months, excluding indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Colorado law, with jurisdiction in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
